Tsinghua University’s “Intelligent Multifunctional Orthopedic Surgery Robot Project” is based on the method of docking spacecraft and
space station, and conducts surgical guidance and operation based on the relative position relationship. It uses artificial intelligence technology to assist surgery via a computer, which provides medical experts with surgical experience and knowledge. Doctors from small and medium hospitals, including those located in remote areas, can access continuous learning system, so that the patients can receive the same treatment level as the top three hospitals; and greatly reduce the cost of the system.
