The purpose of the fund is to support the university’s efforts to effectively train students for eventual leadership roles. Students who have demonstrated public service spirit and who have shown leadership potential are chosen annually to enter an individualized training program. The curriculum, which involves coursework, practical training and real-life social experiences, will help the student to improve his skills in public leadership.
