Chung Ying College follows the constituent college model in the Western university system. It is a two-storey residence to house gifted students of a younger age who have been admitted to the University of Science and Technology of China. The College is dedicated to fostering innovative talents with all-round development of these younger students, with emphasis on the concept of gratitude and service to society.
